Florin Volcanit Rio Escuro-XF by Brightwell Aquatics. Extra-fine black volcanic substrate for planted shrimp aquariums; may lower GH and pH.
Product details
-
Extra fine black volcanic ash substrate for freshwater shrimp, ~1mm particulate substrate.
- Natural volcanic ash with beneficial properties for aquatic plant growth and long-term care of fishes and motile invertebrates requiring slightly-acidic, low-GH water conditions.
- Binds elements that contribute to hardness, lowering general hardness and resulting in a slight acidification of alkaline water to a pH of less than 7.
- Used as a primary substrate, develops strong root systems, encourages nutrient-uptake, and maintains oxygenated roots.
- Made in the USA.
