Dwarf Hair Grass is a great carpeting plant and are great for hobbyist of all experience levels. They propagate by sending off runners and can grow relatively quickly. They will form a thick carpet in Medium to High light conditions. Most Hobbyist keep them trimmed to create a nice "Lawn-effect".

Before adding to your aquarium

Remove the shipping packaging and any pot, planting wool, or weights as appropriate. Rinse and inspect the plant, and quarantine new plants separately before introduction. Choose planting depth and substrate for the species. Keep rooted crowns and bulbs from being buried too deeply, and remove damaged leaves during establishment.
