Purchasers are responsible for ensuring axolotl ownership is legal in their jurisdiction. Customers must have a properly cycled aquarium and appropriate habitat before delivery. Live animals require specialized care and acceptance of the inherent risks associated with shipping living animals.
5. Shipping
Shipping dates are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, natural disasters, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
6. Live Arrival
Any live-arrival guarantee is governed exclusively by the separate Live Arrival Guarantee policy published on our website.
7. Health Information
Care guides and educational content are provided for informational purposes only and are not veterinary advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, product descriptions, care guides, and other content are owned by or licensed to Axolotl Superstore and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, used for AI training, or redistributed without prior written permission.
9. User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or videos, you grant Axolotl Superstore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content.
